Section 1 - Golden Charter Rewards pre-sale Terms and Conditions

Golden Charter Rewards is a customer benefit which is available to you when you take out a plan over the phone, online at goldencharter.co.uk, through an intermediary partner or by completing an application form.  Currently, the benefit is unavailable through our network of independent funeral directors. We require an email address when you apply (or within 3 months of applying) so we can email you details of how to access the rewards programme, which is offered through a third party website for 12 months from the start date of your funeral plan. Provided your plan remains in place and the necessary payments have been received, we’ll email the access instructions within one month from the start date of your plan (or from when we receive your email address if you don’t provide us with one when you apply). Access to Golden Charter Rewards is subject to our terms and conditions which will be included with your plan documents folder.
