Section 12 - M&S gift card terms and conditions
The incentive is an additional benefit of membership available only to plan holders who use it to recommend a friend to Golden Charter, subject to the following criteria:
The offer expires 31 March 2021
The claimant must be a Golden Charter plan holder
The plan holder or their representative must call us with their friend’s details or complete the recommendation form and return it to Golden Charter or their independent funeral director who sells Golden Charter funeral plans
The date of the recommended person’s enquiry to Golden Charter must be later than the date shown on the letter
The date of the plan application received as a result of a recommendation must be later than the recommended person’s enquiry
The recommended person must take out a Golden Charter funeral plan to be eligible to receive the gift card
Incentive not available if the plan is taken out through an intermediary
The gift card cannot be claimed retrospectively, used as a discount or exchanged for cash
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer Your gift card will be sent out between 30 days and four months from the start date of the plan, provided that your friend’s plan remains active and the necessary payments have been received.
