Here's what's included in your plan:
Fully guaranteed to cover cremation costs
All arrangements taken care of by the funeral director, including the date, time and location of the cremation
All preparation and care prior to cremation
Collection and transportation to the funeral director’s premises within 25 miles and during working hours
Removal of pacemakers (if applicable)
A simple coffin suitable for cremation
24-hour funeral director telephone support for loved ones
Ashes kept in the care of the funeral director prior to return, or they can be scattered in the garden of remembrance
Next of kin will be informed when the cremation will take place, so they can choose to have a quiet moment of reflection or commemoration

Payment options
We offer three different ways to pay for your Golden Charter funeral plan. You can choose to pay by single payment, spread the cost with our 12 monthly payment option or pay over two to 10 years with our instalment payment option*.
Single payment option
You can make a one-off single payment of £1,950 for immediate cover.

12 monthly payment option (no extra cost)
If you would prefer to spread the cost, you can pay a deposit from as little as £49, then 12 monthly payments of £158.42 at no extra charge. You will be covered once all payments are made.

Instalment payment option
For a lower monthly payment, you can pay a deposit from as little as £49, then spread the cost of your plan between two and 10 years. An instalment charge is included based on the term you select and is included in the overall cost of your funeral plan.
This option includes the added benefit of our Golden Charter Pledge, which ensures that if you die at any time after you have made 12 payments, the benefit of your plan will be provided, with no further sums to be paid.
